The following California Employment Justice Center (CEJC) Website (Website) Privacy Policy is in effect, as of October 15, 2021.   As a general principle, CEJC may receive and retain personally identifiable information you intentionally provide by means of Website accessed contact form. Other specific technical information such as internet server ID numbers communicated incident to a website visit may be stored for Website functionality and security purposes.  CEJC does not intend to sell Personal Information submitted to it. 

The content and purposes of this Website are focused upon civil rights, and wage and hour rights, arising during employment within the State of California law, United States of America. Accordingly, use of this Website is to be limited to purposes compliant with applicable California, and United States laws concerning website privacy policies and practices, and to users and visitors subjecting themselves to the same jurisdiction with respect to website privacy policies and practices.  

CEJC may receive and store such individualized information (Personal Information) as may be intentionally submitted by a Website user. Such volunteered Personal Information may include name address, telephone numbers, email address, employer, and categorical concerns about possible employer mistreatment. Such Personal Information will then be available to CEJC for consideration regarding whether a CEJC associated attorney may be in a position to offer legal services to the inquiring visitor (per terms of subsequently signed written attorney client agreement).  

As a condition of Website use, or information submission, Website visitors and users acknowledge and consent to release of Personal Information to a party or agency with legal authority to so receive, such as by means of duly authorized subpoena or warrant. Notwithstanding the above, CEJC legal counsel shall have discretion and standing to object to such release by assertion of confidentiality privileges or protections applicable to the circumstances and substance of the  information.
